摘要
目的:考察盐酸青藤碱对抗精子抗体(As Ab)免疫不育大鼠精子质量的影响,为治疗男性As Ab免疫性不育提供新思路。方法:以同种SD大鼠精子制备抗原,采用人工主动免疫方法建立As Ab免疫不育动物模型,观察给药后各组大鼠精子密度、活动率、存活率、活力、精子顶体酶活性及大鼠血清As Ab浓度,并进行组间比较。结果:与模型对照组相比,各给药组大鼠血清As Ab的浓度显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),大鼠精子密度显著升高(P<0.01),精子活动率、存活率明显增大(P<0.05,P<0.01)结论:盐酸青藤碱具有改善As Ab免疫不育大鼠精子质量的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of sinomenine hydrochloride on sperm quality in anti-sperm antibody immune infertility rats and provide a new thought for the treatment of male AsAb immune infertility. Methods: The antigens were prepared from conspecific sperms of SD rats to establish animal models of anti-sperm antibody immune infertility. Sperm density, activity rate, viability rate and acrosin activity, as well as AsAb concentration in serum were observed and compared in groups after treated with sinomenine hydrochloride. Results: Compared with the model group, AsAb concentration of rat serum in drug group was significantly reduced (P〈0.05, P〈0.01), while the sperm density was obviously increased (P〈0.01), the activity rate and viability rate were obviously increased (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: Sinomenine hydrochloride have the ability to improve sperm quality of AsAb immune infertility rats.
