摘要
目的:研究不同类型的大孔吸附树脂(NKA-9、S-8、AB-8、D101、H103、D4020、X-5)对香青兰中田蓟苷成分的吸附特性,并优化大孔吸附树脂对田蓟苷成分纯化工艺。方法:以田蓟苷为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定含量,通过静态吸附及解吸附试验确定最适合纯化田蓟苷成分树脂型号;通过树脂最大上样量、吸附流速、药液浓度、洗脱溶剂、洗脱流速、洗脱体积等工艺参数考察,优化树脂纯化工艺。结果:香青兰提取液经优化后的AB-8型大孔树脂处理后,田蓟苷含量由0.8%增加到11.5%。结论:AB-8型大孔吸附树脂对香青兰中田蓟苷成分吸附量大、解吸容易,纯化后产物含量高,可用于香青兰中田蓟苷成分纯化。
Objective: To screen the different macroporous adsorption resins (NKA-9, S-8, AB-8, D101, H103, D4020, X-5) for separation and purification of Tilianin from Dracocephalum moldevica L. Methods: The HPLC method was used to detect the contents of Tilianin. Static adsorption and desorption tests were performed to select the appropriate resin to purify Tilianin. The purification process of Tilianin was optimized by HPLC according to the technological parameters such as largest sampling amount of resin, adsorption flow rate, concentration of Tilianin, eluting solvent, eluting flow rate, eluting volume and so on. Results: The content of Tilianin was increased from 0.8% to 11.5% after being treated by AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin. Conclusion: With the advantages of large adsorption, easy desorption and high content purified product, AB-8 macroporons resin can be used for purify the Tilianin from Dracocephalum rnoldevica L..
