安坤种子丸改善黄体功能不全性不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性临床研究

Clinical research of Ankun Zhongzi Pill on endometrial receptivity of infertility induced by luteal phase deficiency

目的:探讨安坤种子丸对黄体功能不全性不孕症患者子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法:60例诊断为黄体功能不全性不孕症患者随机分为试验组30例及对照组30例,对照组患者予以黄体酮胶囊口服治疗,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用安坤种子丸。结果:治疗后两组患者肾阳虚证候积分均下降(P<0.05),且试验组肾阳虚证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者黄体中期血清E2、P水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组血清P改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者与治疗前相比治疗后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流PI、RI指数均优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后试验组内膜厚度及PI指数优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组临床妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安坤种子丸联合黄体酮可明显改善黄体功能不全性不孕症患者内膜血流状况、增加内膜厚度改善子宫内膜的容受性。

Objective： To discuss the effect of Ankun Zhongzi Pill on endometrial receptivity of infertility induced by luteal phase deficiency. Methods： Sixty infertility patients with luteal phase deficiency were randomly divided into the test group （treated with Ankun Zhongzi Pill and progesterone capsules） and the control group （treated with progesterone capsules only）, 30 cases in each group. Results： After treatment, the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency levels in both groups were lower than before treatment （P〈0.05） and the level in test group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The serum levels of E2 and P in both groups were better than before treatment （P〈0.05） and the serum level of P in test group was lower than in control group （P〈0.05）. The endometrial thickness, endometrial blood flow index of PI and RI in two groups were better than before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the endometrial thickness and index of RI in test group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The pregnancy rate in test group was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The mechanisms of Anknn Zhongzi Pill combined with progesterone capsules in treating infertility induced by luteal phase deficiency might be improving the endometrial thickness and the endometrial blood flow to improve the endometrial receptivity.
