论成药金匮肾气丸补肾化气利水主旨与应用拓展方略

Substance of Jinkui Shenqi Pill tonifying kidney and transforming qi and alleviating water retention and its application development

文章依据方剂学、中医体质学与临床治疗学学理,从"证-体-方-效"角度,首先阐发成药金匮肾气丸针对肾气虚弱水停的主证病机和辨证要点,解析其补肾化气利水的制方原理。然后从阴阳兼补药法考证、脾肾兼补药法钩玄及补肾益气调体新用,论证成药金匮肾气丸可拓展用于肾阴阳两虚水停、脾肾气虚水停两证及气虚体质易发感冒、水肿、痰饮、肥胖、泄泻、咳喘等病症,以期能更好地认识与领悟成药金匮肾气丸的临床应用。

Based on the theory of prescription, constitution of TCM and clinical therapeutics, from ＇syndrome-constitution-prescription-effect＇ perspective, this paper firstly analyzes the main pathogenesis and main points of syndrome differentiation of Jinkui Shenqi Pill on kidney qi deficiency and water retention, and analyzes the principles of prescription formulating in tonifying kidney and transforming qi and alleviating water. Then it demonstrates that Jinkui Shenqi Pill could be extended to two syndromes of kidney yin and yang deficiency and water retention, spleen and kidney qi deficiency and water retention and the constitution of qi-deficiency prone to colds, edema, phlegm, obesity, diarrhea, cough and asthma and other diseases, from textual research on treating method and the prescription of the complement of yin and yang and the reinforcing spleen and kidney, new use of tonifying kidney qi and regulating constitution, in order to better understand the clinical application of Jinkui Shenqi Pill.
