香菇多糖联合CAG方案治疗老年急性髓系白血病的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of lentinan combined with CAG regimen in the treatment of patients with elderly acute myeloid leukemia

目的:观察香菇多糖联合CAG化疗方案对老年急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床疗效。方法:将76例可耐受化疗的老年AML患者随机分为两组。治疗组38例,接受CAG方案化疗联合香菇多糖,对照组38例,接受CAG化疗方案,两组输血、抗感染、升白等支持治疗相同。结果:对照组和治疗组总有效率分别达到84.2%和86.8%,差异无统计学意义。对照组和治疗组治疗前后NK细胞活性和CD4/CD8比值变化比较,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组相比对照组不良反应较少。结论:香菇多糖联合CAG方案可有效改善老年AML患者近期疗效,显著改善机体免疫功能,减少不良反应发生。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of lentinan combined with CAG regimen in the treatment of patients with elderly acute myeloid leukemia （EAML）. Methods： Seventy-six patients with EAML tolerated with chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group for 38 cases. The treatment group received CAG chemotherapy combined with lentinan, and control group received CAG chemotherapy. Meanwhile, both groups were received the same supportive treatments such as blood transfusions, anti-infection and increasing white blood cells （WBC）. Results： The total effective rate in the control group and treatment group respectively reached 84.2% and 86.8%, with no statistical difference between the two groups. Before and after the treatment, the activity of NK cell and ratio of CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were both higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction in the treatment group was less than that in the control group. Conclusion： Lentinan combined the CAG regimen could effectively improve patients and with elderly acute myeloid leukemia and the body＇s immune function, and reduce side effects of chemotherapy.
