摘要 《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》指出,经济体制改革是全面深化改革的重点,这就在微观上,迫使企业提升管理质量,顺应全面深化改革的时代潮流。以三本管理(物本管理、人本管理、心本管理)理念为标准评价企业管理质量优劣,建立提升企业管理质量的理念模型。提升企业管理质量,必须把三种管理理念相结合:以物本管理为基础,满足各利益相关者的物质诉求;以人本管理为导向,满足各利益相关者的精神诉求;以心本管理为前提,满足各利益相关者的心灵诉求。 According to CCPCC Decision on Deepening the Reform of Some Major Issues, the economic reform is the key component to comprehensively deepen reform. In the micro level, it forces the firms to improve the quality of management to keep up with the comprehensively deepen reform trend of the times. Base on the three kinds of management methods (the property management, the humanistic management, the heart man- agement), set a way to evaluate the enterprise management quality, and establish a concept model to improve the quality of enterprise management. In other words, if you want to manage the enterprise well, you must combine the three kinds of concepts: on the basis of the property management to satisfy the material demands of the various stakeholders; on the orientation of the humanistic management to satisfy the spiritual pursuit of various stakeholders ; on the premise of the heart management to satisfy the soul demands of various stakehold- ers. All of which will improve the quality of enterprise management and create more values, finally solve the economic developing problems which were put forward in the third plenary session of the 18th central commit- tee.
