摘要
目的:观察痔瘘凝胶剂对大鼠皮肤溃疡的促愈合作用,并从抗菌抗炎角度探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:采用机械法在SD大鼠背部制备直径约1.6 cm的皮肤感染溃疡模型共48个,随机将溃疡分为空白组(A组)、痔瘘熏洗剂组(B组)、痔瘘凝胶剂组(C组)、林可霉素林多卡因凝胶剂对照组(D组)。以治疗后不同时间点各组溃疡面积愈合率及组织病理学检查,评价修复效果。结果:经治疗后各组创面均有所减小,其中以B、C组溃疡缩小尤为明显,在治疗第3天,B组与A组、D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗第7、9、12天,B组、C组愈合率优于A组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔瘘凝胶剂对大鼠皮肤溃疡有促愈合作用,效果优于林可霉素林多卡因凝胶剂,与痔瘘熏洗剂等效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhilouningjiaoji (痔瘘凝胶剂, ZLNJJ) on the healing of skin ulcers in rat, and explore the possible mechanism from antibacterial anti-inflammatory. Methods: The mechanical method was used to prepare 48 skin ulcers about 1.6 cm in diameter on the back of rats.These skin ulcers were randomly divided in to 4 groups, blank treatment group (group A), Zhilouxunxiji (痔瘘熏洗剂, ZLXXJ) group (group B), ZLNJJ (group C), Clindamycin Lin lidoeaine gels (group D). The effect on ulcer healing was assessed by the rate of ulcer healing and histopatholog. The effect on ulcer healing was assessed by the rate of ulcer healing and histopathological changes. Results: The rate of ulcer healing in all groups after treatment decrease; the rate of ulcer healing in group B and C decreased especially obvious.After treatment for 3 days, the comparison on ulcer healing between group B with group A and D showed statistically significant difference (P〈0.05), and the comparison between group B with group C showed no significant difference (/:'〉0.05). After treatment for 7, 9 and 12days, group B and C showed better effectiveness of ulcer healing than the group A and D group, and there was statistically significant dif- ference (P〈0.05). Conclusion: ZLNJJ can promote healing of skin ulcers in rats, and its effectiveness is better than that of Clin- damycin Lin lidocaine gels, and same to ZLXXJ.
