中医透药导入疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究(一) 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察自拟方中医透药导入治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:将115例(158膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组,治疗组(A组)45例(60膝),采用自拟方中医透药导入治疗;对照组(B组)28例(42膝),采用自拟方药液外敷;对照组(C组)42例(56膝),采用膝关节穿刺注射透明质酸钠。随访6个月观察疗效。结果:3组患者治疗后膝关节功能评分均较治疗前改善,治疗组(A组)改善情况优于对照组(B、C组)(P<0.05),治疗组(A组)功能评分改善显著,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:自拟方中医透药导入治疗膝骨性关节炎能够改善关节功能,消除或减轻疼痛、缓解症状、提高患者的生活质量。 Objective: To observe the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis by traditional Chinese medicine penetration on. Methods: The 115 cases (158 knees) with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 3 groups, the treatment group (A group) with 45 cases (60 knees) was treated by traditional Chinese medicine penetration; the control group (B group) with 28 cases (42 knees) was treated by self-made prescription liquid medicine for external application; control group (C group) with 42 cases (56 knees) was treated by puncture and injection of sodium hyaluronate. The effect was observed, with follow up of 6 months. Results: the 3 groups of patients showed better knee joint function score then before treatment, and the treatment group (group A) were better than those in the control group (group B and C) (P 〈 0.05); the treatment group (group A) func- tion score improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The Traditional Chinese medicine penetration can improve joint function, eliminate or alleviate pain, relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
