高职物联网专业群产学研用合作人才培养实践——以无锡城市职业技术学院为例

Practice of talent training by cooperating of production,teaching,research and use in specialty group of internet of things at higher vocational colleges:The case of Wuxi City College of Vocational Technology

产学研用合作是高职院校培养高素质高技能创新型人才的必由之路。阐述了无锡城市职业技术学院物联网工程技术专业群产学研用相结合实施情况,详细介绍了在人才培养模式创新、师资队伍建设、课程体系和实训体系设置、科研项目实施、科研成果转化等方面的探索实践,以期为同行提供参考。

Cooperation of production, teaching, research and use is the only road to train talent with high quality, high skill and creative quality. In the paper, we illustrate the implementation of talent training by cooperating of production, teachings research and use in specialty group of internet of things of Wuxi City College of Vocational Technology and introduce the exploration and practice in the innovation of talents cultivation model, the construction of teaching staff, the setting of curriculum system and practice training system, the execution of scientific research programs and the transformation of scientific research achievements in detail, which may provide re{erences for coterie.
