摘要 井下节流技术是苏里格气田开发模式的一项关键技术,即通过井下节流、地温补偿工艺减少了地面工艺中集中加热、注醇等流程,为高效率低成本开发气田奠定了良好基础。但是,在丛式井生产后期,井筒积液程度不断增加,达到非临界流的丛式井井数不断增多,何时打捞井下节流器成为丛式井管理的关键。从气井生产动态分析入手,通过分析丛式井积液过程,提出了丛式井积液程度判断方法;通过现有工艺参数计算了丛式井达到非临界流生产状态的井口参数。结合积液程度和非临界流井判断依据,对丛式井井下节流器的最佳打捞时机进行了预测,为丛式井生产后期节流器的管理提供了技术支撑。 As the key to develop Sulige gasfield, the downhole throttle is a technology to reduce many surface processes such as centralized heating and alcohol injection through downhole throttlers and geothermal compensation procedure. This technology may lay a better foundation for field development in high efficient and cost way. However, during the end of cluster-well production, wellbore liquid may gradually increase. As a result, the number of cluster wells achieving non-critical flow will increase constantly, and when to carry on a fishing for the throttler is a matter of the fact. In this paper, a method to identify the liquid is presented by analyzing well dynamic performance; for the cluster wells achieving non-critical flow, their parameters can be calculated by existing parameters;combined liquid and some evidence to identify non- critical flow,the best fishing time is predicted. All results can provide technological support for throttler management during the end of production.
