摘要
基于波特的价值链理论得到了天然气产业价值链模型,从天然气勘探、开发、处理与加工、储运与管网建设、销售与服务以及辅助活动这6个环节分析了对四川天然气产业竞争力的影响,并提出了加大勘探开发力度,加强储气库建设;优化输气管网,增强管道安全管理;制定科技创新战略,实现技术攻关;推动人力资源开发,不断吸引人才等对策建议。
The model of natural gas industry value chain has been based on the Potter's theory of the value chain, which also analyzes the influence of Sichuan natural gas industry competitiveness in six aspects: 1. the natural gas exploration; 2. the natural gas development; 3. the natural gas treatment and processing; 4. storage and network construction; 5. sales and services; and 6. auxiliary activities. This paper put forwards the idea of increaseing exploration and development efforts, strengthening the construction of underground gas storage gas pipeline network, optimizing and enhancing the safety management of pipelines, at the same time, carrying out the science and technology innovation strategy to make technological breakthrough, and promoting the development of human resources for attracting talents.
