摘要
目的系统评价复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法全面检索已发表的复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死临床的相关文献,采用Revman5.0软件对其统计分析。结果 1 142例病人复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死有效率的合并检验分析Z=9.68,P〈0.00 001,OR值为6.23,95%的可信区间为4.30-9.02。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗脑梗死有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound danshen dripping pills o treating patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The published pertinent literatures of compound danshen dripping pills on treating patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed by Revman 5.0 statistical software. Results The efficient results of 1142 patients with cerebral infarction treated with compound danshen dripping pill were： Z： 9.68, P〈0. 00001, OR = 6.23, 95 % confidence interval from 4.30 to 9.02. Conclusion compound danshen dripping pill has a good effect on treating patients with cerebral infarction.
