摘要
目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与老年脑梗死的相关性。方法选取82例老年脑梗死患者和80例健康志愿者,采用循环酶法及免疫透射比浊法测定血浆Hcy及hs-CRP水平。结果老年脑梗死组Hcy及hs-CRP检测结果均高于健康志愿者,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。神经功能中度损伤组Hcy及hs-CRP检测结果高于轻度损伤组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度损伤组Hcy及hs-CRP检测结果高于中度损伤组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分表明Hcy及hs-CRP检测结果与脑梗死不同神经功能缺损程度组间呈正相关性(r=0.89、0.78,P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy及hs-CRP水平与脑梗死患者神经功能的损伤程度呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) with elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The plasma Hcy and hs-CRP of 82 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and 80 healthy volunteers were determinated by the enzymatic cycling and immune turbidimetric method. Results The plasma Hcy and hs-CRP of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were higher than these of healthy volunteers. The heavier the neurological function impairment was, the higher the plasma Hcy and hs-CRP was. Pearson correlation points indicated that the Hcy and hs-CRP level had positive correlation with the neurological function deficit degree of elderly patients with cerebral infarction (r=0.89, 0.78, P〈0.05). Conclusion The Hcy and hs-CRP level had positive correlation with the neurological function deficit degree of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
