摘要
以金属钴粉和硫粉为原料,采用高温固相烧结法制备了二硫化钴材料。利用XRD、SEM、EDX和粒度分布仪对产物进行表征,并探索了不同烧结时间对合成产物的影响。结果表明,烧结时间对产物的形成及电化学性能有较大的影响,高温下2h烧结所得产物主相为Co S2,含有少量杂质,其颗粒粒度较大,但放电性能优越,适合应用于热电池的研究。
With metallic cobalt powder and sulfur powder as raw material, the cobalt sulfidematerial was prepared by high temperature solid phase sintering. XRD, SEM, EDX and laserparticle size distribution were used to characterize the product, and explore the influence ofdifferent sintering tinie on the synthetic product. The results show that the sintering time hasa great effect on the formation of product and the electrochemical properties,2 hours underhigh temperature sintering the main product of CoS2 can be obtained, which contains minorimpurities, and the grain size is larger. But the discharge performance of this material is su-perior, and it is suitable for application in the research of thermal batteries.
