喷墨墨水中11种有机溶剂的气相色谱质谱分析

摘要 采用气相色谱质谱联用仪对喷墨墨水中有机溶剂进行了定性确证,再采用气相色谱法(氢火焰离子化检测器(GC-FID),AC-10(60 m×0.22 mm×0.25 μm)石英毛细管色谱柱),以正丁醇和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物,建立了啧墨墨水中的11种有机溶剂的定量分析方法.明确了11种有机溶剂的检出限,标准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.99,2个添加水平的平均回收率分别为66.5%~101.9%和91.6%~116.9%;相对标准偏差为1.51%~8.50%.对5种喷墨墨水中有机溶剂的含量进行了测定。 After qualitative confirmation to the organic solvent in the ink-jet ink by GC-MS, the simultaneously quantitative analysis method by GC-FID with AC-10 (60 m× 0.22 mm× 0.25 μm) capillary column, and butyl alcohol and dimethyl phthalate as the internal standard has been established. The LOD was determined, and the linear correlation coefficients r was all greater than 0.99. The average recovery of low and high level amount was 66.5%-101.9% and 91.6%-116.9% respectively, and the RSD was 1.51%-8.50%. The content of the organic solvent in 5 ink-jet inks was determined.
