摘要
采用阴离子表面活性剂AOT构建的层状溶致液晶作微反应器,通过共沉淀法制备了平均厚度3.28 nm的AOT/LDHs杂化物,其中含1~2层类水滑石层片,该杂化物具有典型的层状取向。与之对比,溶液中采用共沉淀法制备的杂化物为形状不规则的颗粒。分别采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM、AFM对产物结构、组成与形貌进行表征,分析了溶致液晶微反应器对类水滑石纳米片的调控作用。
Using the lamellar lyotropic liquid crystal (LLC) composed of anionic surfac- tant AOT and salt solution as a microreactor, AOT/LDHs hybrid with average thick- ness of 3.28 nm was prepared by coprecipitation method. The obtained nanosheets containing 1-2 LDHs layers were of typical layer orientation. As comparison, the hybrid synthesized in solution was irregular shaped particles. Different technologies including XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM and AFM were applied to characterize the structure, composition and morph of the product. Effects of LLC microreactor on the size and morph of the AOT/LDHs nansheets were analyzed.
