山东半岛蓝色经济区中小企业科技创新驱动关键因素评价——以青岛市为例

Innovation Driving Forces Evaluation Model for Small and Medium Enterprises in Blue Economic Area of Shandong Peninsular——Take Qingdao for Example

以青岛市中小企业为对象发放问卷进行调研,针对中小企业科技创新驱动关键因素,构建青岛市中小企业技术创新的驱动因素模型,利用层次分析法对山东半岛蓝色经济区中小企业科技创新关键驱动因素进行分析。通过对综合评价模型中评价指标的权重分布进行分析,得出青岛市中小企业的财务状况、研发团队的研发经验、创新激励机制、创新投入量和新产品竞争力为目前青岛市中小企业科技创新驱动力的关键驱动因素的结论。针对研究结论对山东半岛蓝色经济区中小企业落实创新驱动发展战略给出了具有建议。

In-depth researches are performed to analyze the key driving forces of small and medium enterprises in Qingdao and an innovation driving forces evaluation model is constructed for small and medium enterprises. The weights of different driving forces are evaluated and the key driving forces are obtained using the proposed comprehensive evaluation model. Experimental results indicate that financial situation, research and development experience, innovation inc new products are the key factors of in prises. Based on the analysis results, development of innovation-driven are conomic area of Shandong peninsular. entives, innovation inputs and competitiveness of novation driving force for small and medium enterfeasible countermeasures and suggestions on the given for small and medium enterprises in blue economic area of Shandong peninsular.
