隔热材料瞬态热性能评估方法

Transient heat-insulating property evaluation of insulation materials

针对目前单独采用导热系数或热扩散率对隔热材料瞬态热性能评估准确性不高的问题,提出了一种新的隔热材料瞬态热性能的评估方法。该方法考虑到隔热材料在某些应用过程中材料内部传热的瞬态性特征,明确了瞬态热性能的评估指标,提出采用导热系数和对应于材料应用时间的傅里叶数作为材料瞬态热性能的评估参数。通过数值模拟对该方法进行了验证,结果表明:利用本文提出的方法进行评估所得的结果和数值模拟结果一致,说明该方法可准确地进行隔热材料瞬态隔热性能评估。与单独采用导热系数或热扩散率进行隔热材料隔热性能评估的方法相比,该方法可为瞬态传热环境中应用的隔热材料的选取提供更多帮助。

Aimed at the problem that the method which uses thermal conductivity or thermal diffusivity as evaluation parameter cannot evaluate transient heat insulating property of insulation materials accurately, a new method is proposed in this paper. This method takes the transient heat transfer characteristics of insulation materials in certain application process into account, and then the basis for evaluating transient heat-insulating property is first proposed. The thermal conductivity and Fourier＇s number corre- sponding to the application time is proposed as evaluation parameters to evaluate transient heat-insulating property of insulation materials. To validate the method, some numerical simulation works are conducted. The results show that the new method pro- posed in this paper can accurately evaluate transient heat-insulating property of insulation materials. Compared with the thermal conductivity or thermal diffusivity, the new method can provide more useful information to select insulation materials used in transient heat transfer environment.
