摘要
为建立爆炸反应装甲的间隔等效靶,研究了在射流作用下爆炸反应装甲等效的机理;根据射流与爆炸反应装甲作用的特点,选择剩余穿深等效准则和两层间隔靶结构,分别推导了射流侵彻爆炸反应装甲及间隔靶时侵彻深度的计算模型;结合等效准则,建立了射流的着靶角为45°时单层爆炸反应装甲的等效靶。利用Ls-dyna仿真软件对射流侵彻爆炸反应装甲和等效靶的模型进行了仿真,并对射流侵彻间隔靶进行了试验。结果表明:试验平均侵彻深度为76.55mm,仿真所得侵彻深度为82.0mm,相对误差为6.6%,证明了所建模型的正确性。
To establish the equivalent spaced target of explosive reactive armor (ERA), and analyze ERA's equivalent mecha- nism, a theoretical basis to build equivalent target of ERA was given. According to the characteristics of interaction between jet and ERA, residual penetration equivalent criterion and structure two-layer spaced target were chosen to establish equivalent tar- get. Penetration depth after jet was disturbed by ERA or two-layer spaced target was theoretically calculated. Combined with e- quivalent criterion, equivalent target of single-layer ERA was established at action angle of 45°. Process of jet penetrating ERA or two-layer spaced target was simulated using Ls-dyna software. Experiments of jet penetrating spaced target were conducted. When the experimental penetration length was 76. 55 mm, the simulation result was 82.0 mm, and the error was 6. 6%. The theoretical results were in good agreement with the simulation results.
