摘要
针对数控机床工装及工件识别因人工参与导致匹配错误和处理滞后的问题,提出了一种工装与工件匹配检验及加工控制方法。该方法通过实现生产管理平台、加工操控平台和数控机床的联机通信,构建内置于加工操控平台的数控机床工装及工件匹配检验系统,实现了任务接收、工装及工件在机检测和在位检测;在机匹配检验过程中,通过与数控机床启动控制集成,实现了根据匹配结果控制加工启动的过程。结合数控滚齿机床YS3118CNC5,设计并开发了工装及工件匹配验证系统。研究结果表明:该方法可有效实现数控机床工装及工件的匹配检验,更有效地避免加工物料不匹配而导致的加工事故,为企业实现加工生产过程实时监控、加工任务优化调度等提供基础数据。
To avoid lag in discovering and solving matching errors happened in tooling and workpiece recognition due to artificial participation, a processing control method based on tooling and workpiece matching test for CNC machine was proposed. In this method, through the communication integration between production management and processing control, a tooling and workpiec- es matching test system built into the control platform of CNC machine was constructed to implement the tasks receiving and tools and the workpiece on-machine and in-situ testing. During the on-machine matching testing, to start manufacturing process ac cording to the matching results was realized through integration with the main start control of CNC machine. A tooling and work- piece matching test was designed and developed on the CNC gear hobbing machine YS3118CNC5. Results show that this method can effectively realize the matching test of tooling and workpiece of CNC machine and more effectively avoid the accidents caused by material mismatch, which can provide basic data for enterprises to realize real-time monitoring of the production process, scheduling optimization of the processing tasks and so on.
