摘要 目的探讨胃癌中Musashi-2的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测50例胃癌组织及20例非萎缩性胃炎组织(对照组)中Musashi-2的表达情况,分析胃癌组Musashi-2蛋白的表达与临床病理参数的关系。分析其表达水平与年龄、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、分化程度及术后生存时间的相关性。结果胃癌组Musashi-2蛋白的阳性表达率是64.0%(32/50),对照组是25.0%(5/20),胃癌组高于对照组(χ2=4.850,P<0.05)。组织分化程度越低、TNM分期越高,Musahi-2蛋白的阳性表达率越高(P<0.05)。生存结局与年龄、淋巴结转移、病理分化程度、Musashi-2表达相关。结论 Musashi-2可能与胃癌的发生发展、预后有关,可将其做为胃癌干细胞标志物深入研究。 Objective To investigate the expression of Musashi-2 in gastric carcinoma and the correlation with the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of Musashi-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical method in 50 gastric carcinoma samples and 20 non atrophic gastritis samples(control). The relationship between Musashi-2 protein expression and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. The relationship between the expression of Musashi-2 and patients' age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation, clinical stages and prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of Musashi-2 in gastric carcinoma samples and non atrophic gastritis samples were 64.0% (32/50) and 25.0% (5/20), which showed higher expression rates in gastric carcinoma group than that in control group (Х^2= 4. 850, P d0.05). There were significant differences in the expressions of Musashi-2 proteins between different histological stages and TNM staging ( P 〈0.05). The positive expression of Musashi-2 protein increased as the degree of differentiation decreased and TNM stage increased. The overall survival rates were correlated with age, lymph node metastasis, tumor differentiation and the expression of Musashi-2. Conclusion The expression of Musashi-2 may be related with the initiation, development and prognosis of gastric cancer, which can be used as the stem cell markers of gastric carcinoma for further study.
