Technical Modification on Tiantie Chonggang BF Coal Injection System

针对高炉喷煤系统喷煤过程中喷吹量不稳的问题,分析了其产生原因。通过在原喷煤系统上增设二次补气装置、调整原有喷吹控制方法、规范岗位操作手法等改进措施,有效地解决了高炉喷煤不稳定的问题,确保了高炉喷煤系统的生产运行,降低了高炉燃料消耗,提高了经济效益。

The authors analyze the reasons for unstable injection amount in BF coal injection system. Improvement measures of adding secondary gas supply system, adjusting original injection control approach and standardizing operation were taken in the original coal injection system to effectively solve the problem. The production and running of BF coal injection system was ensured with reduced BF fuel consumption and increased economic benefit.
