摘要
为了节约电能,在满足生产要求的前提下,利用变频器控制水泵调节流量的方法来代替传统的阀门控制。通过绘制扬程-流量特性曲线,选取两点计算电机轴的输出功率并进行比对,经计算,可节约电能20%~30%。变频器节能实现了调速无级化,能够满足生产的需要,保证了产品质量。
Under the precondition that production requirements were met, the method that frequency converter was utilized to control water pump to adjust water flow substituted traditional valve control in order to save electric energy. After lift-flow characteristic curve was plotted and two points were selected, motor shaft output powers were calculated and compared. Results showed that this method could save electric energy by 20%-30%. Energy saving by frequency converter achieved stepless speed adjustment. The production requirements were met and product quality was ensured.
