摘要
为提高钢管高速超声波检测系统中信号传输的质量和系统性能,对接触式及非接触式二类传输方式进行对比分析。总结了压电超声激励及回波信号特点,分析了目前主要采用的信号耦合技术的结构及工作原理,并在特性参数、技术特点、制造成本等方面进行相互对比,为设计应用提供了依据。
Contact type and non-contact type transmission methods of class II were compared and analyzed to improve the quality and system performance of signal transmission in pipe ultrasonic detection system. The paper summarizes the characteristics of piezoelectric ultrasonic excitement and echo signal, analyzes the structure and working principle of signal coupling technology adopted at present and makes comparisons in characteristic parameter, technical characteristic and manufacturing cost, providing a basis for design and application.
