摘要
在现代教育制度的框架之下,教师管理制度,简单把教师作为了一种职业,而切割了教师作为高尚品德的传承者和先进精神的引领者作用。为弥补现代教育中对于师德建设的缺失,从而真正建立适合中国社会发展的教育主体,应从教师主体性的培养,核心价值观的引领与树立,师德与教师价值实现的评价体制建立,双向互动式的校师管理机制四个步骤来推进和展开师德机制的建构。
Under the modern education system, the teachers management system, simply takes the teacher as a career , and Ignores the teacher as a noble moral character to inherit and advanced spirit of leading role. To compensate for the lack of morality in modern education and establish the modern subject of education which is really suit to China ’s social development , the teachers should cultivate the main body and establish a lead core values. On the other side, there should be established the evaluation system which is related the teachers’ ethics and value and construct the two-way interaction management mechanism between the school and the teacher , which promote and develop the construction of the teachers’ ethics mechanisms.
