面对严峻的就业形势,职业指导已成为帮助高校毕业生成功就业的辅助手段,发挥着重要的作用:有利于转变就业观念,帮助树立正确的就业观和择业观;有利于激发大学毕业生自主创业的热情;有利于帮助大学生规划职业生涯,提升综合素养。
Career consultancy is helpful with college graduates in pursuit of employment, and it has played a significant role in a successful expansion of job market, changing the concept of employment for students, and developing a professional outlook. This increases the enthusiasm of college graduates for entrepreneurship.
