大学党员教师思想道德素质行为规范的责任性比一般教师要强。其道德行为价值观取向决定于其世界观、人生观。大学党员教师的道德素质行为的价值取向要求是,把无产阶级的利益、社会的利益放在首位,正确处理社会利益、教育事业利益和个人利益的关系,要利于培养德、智、体全面发展的人才。

The college teachers who are Party members should have a stronger sense of responsibility for ideological and ethical conducts. Their value orientation depends on their world outlook. Therefore, they are required to put the interests of proletariat and social benefits in the first place, correctly handling social interests, educational interests and personal interests.
