A Research of Evaluation System for Secondary Vocational School Teachers Based on Developing Teacher Evaluation Theory

摘要基于发展性教师评价理论,提出并设计一套中职教师评价体系指标,探讨系统设计与开发,为中职学校教师队伍建设及信息化建设提供参考借鉴。 Based on the developing teacher evaluation theory, this paper proposes and designs a vocational teacher evaluation system indicators and system in order to promote vocational teachers to clear their own career situation and determine the direction of their own development; finally, promoting the forming of lifelong learning habits for vocational teachers.
