摘要
以崂山奶山羊为研究对象,在相同的饲养管理条件下,采用进口孕酮阴道海绵栓,结合激素PMSG、GnRH+PMSG、GnRH+LH,将75只崂山奶山羊随机分为3组进行同期发情研究。结果显示:放栓14d后,肌注50μg/只GnRH,16d撤栓的同时肌注250IU/只PMSG,发情效果最好,发情率为80.00%。
The Laoshan milk Goat is regarded as the object in the paper. Under the condition of the same breeding and management, we divided 75 Laoshan milk goats into 3 groups randomly,using the import CIDR combined with hormone PMSG, GnRH＋ PMSG, GnRH＋LH, to study the estrus synchronization. The results suggested that the synchronous oestrus rate was the most effcient after setting CIDR for 14 d and received intramuscular injection of 50 μg GnRH, removing CIDR for 16 d and received intramuscular injection of 250 IU PMSG each goat,and the synchronous oestrus rate reached 80.00%.
