摘要
为了研究饲料中添加不同比例浒苔对大菱鲆幼鱼生长和非特异性免疫力的影响,选取初始体重为41.21±0.26g的大菱鲆幼鱼随机分为5组,分别用添加0%(对照组,D1)、5%(D2)、10%(D3)、15%(D4)、20%(D5)浒苔粉的饲料进行投喂,在试验开始后14d、28d和42d分别取样,称重测定增重率和特定生长率,分离大菱鲆头肾巨噬细胞测定增殖活力、氧呼吸爆发活力和吞噬活力等非特异性免疫力。结果表明,D2和D5试验组的大菱鲆增重率和特定生长率在42d时显著高于对照组(p<0.05);在14d、28d和42d,D2试验组的大菱鲆巨噬细胞增殖活力、氧呼吸爆发活力和吞噬活力与对照组没有显著差异(p>0.05);而D3、D4、D5试验组的大菱鲆氧呼吸爆发活力和吞噬活力均显著低于对照组(p<0.05)。由此可知,饲料中添加浒苔粉在养殖前期对大菱鲆幼鱼生长无不良影响,且在试验设计范围内,添加量在5%时效果最好。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary Enteromorpha prolifera on growth and non-specific immunity of juvenile turbot(41.21 ± 0.26g).Turbot were fed with five different diets cotaining 0%(control group,D1),5%(D2),10%(D3),15%(D4),20%(D5)E.prolifera respectively.Fish were randomly sampled at 14,28 and 42dfor the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,proliferation activity,phagocytic activity and oxygen respiratory burst activity.The results showed that the effects on the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of D2 and D5groups were significant higher than that of control group at 42d(p 〈0.05).The macrophage proliferation activity,phagocytic activity and oxygen respiratory burst activity of D2 group had no significance difference with the control group(p〉0.05)at 14 d,28dand 42 d,while phagocytic activity and oxygen respiratory burst activity of D3,D4 and D5groups were significantly lower than control group(p〈0.05).In brief,the dietary E.prolifera didn't affect the growth of juvenile turbot during 14 dand 28d(p〉 0.05).In addition,turbot fed 5% E.prolifera had a good effect.
