摘要 为了监测青贮饲料堆不同位置的温度及饲料在分解反应过程中温度变化显著增长的点,本文采用无线传感器网络技术设计研发了一种新型非侵害式的测量饲料青贮过程中温度变化的系统,系统采用CC2530为主控芯片,实时获得饲料堆的温度参数,通过ZigBee组网技术将数据传输给上位机,上位机基于LabVIEW软件对传输来的数据进行采集和处理。经试验证明此系统运行稳定,功耗较低,能够有效地监测饲料青贮过程中温度的变化。 In this paper, a novel noninvasive measurement system for measuring temperature changes in silage was introduced. This system designed on wireless sensor network technology was used to monitoring temperature at different locations in silage bin and significant growth points in the process of feed decomposition. The system adopts CC2530 as the main controlling chip. By this, the real-time temperature date in silage can be obtained and transmitted to PC by ZigBee network technology. Data collected by PC based on LabVIEW will be analyzed and processed. Proved by experiment, the system has the features of high reliability and low energy consumption,and it can monitor temperature changes in the process of making silage in effect.
