氯氮平合用帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状临床研究

Aclinical Study of Treatment of Negative Symptoms in Schizophrenia with a Combination of Clozapine and Paroxetine

目的 观察氯氮平合用帕罗西汀治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和副作用。方法 将6 6例女性慢性精神分裂症患者分为研究组 (氯氮平加帕罗西汀 )和对照组 (氯氮平加安慰剂 ) ,分别评定疗效和副作用。并同步测定氯氮平与N -去甲基氯氮平的血浓度。结果 治疗 8周后研究组PANSS总分 ,阴性因子分比治疗前明显降低 ,且阴性因子分值显著低于对照组 ,同期氯氮平及N -去甲基氯氮平血浓度明显升高。结论 氯氮平合并帕罗西汀能明显改善精神分裂症患者的阴性症状 ,并少有副作用。

Objective To observe the efficiency and side effects of a combination of clozapine and paroxetine in the treatment of negative symptoms in schizophrenia.Methods 66 subjects were randomly divided into the group of clozapine combined with paroxetine and clozapine combined with placebo.Positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) and detection of drug concentration were used to evaluate te efficiency and side effects before and after treatmet respectively.Results Total and negative scores of PANSS significantly decreased after treatment in the group of clozapine combined with paroxetine,and negative scores were significantly lower than that of the group of clozapine combined with placebo.Concentration of CLO and NOR-CLO were significantly higher in clozapine and paroxetine group.Conclusions A comioination of clozapine and paroxetine can remarkably improve negative symptoms in schizophrenia and produce fewer side effects.
