城镇化视域下山西省转型综改实验区发展战略选择——基于保德县的证实

山西省已经进入了城镇化发展的加速期和关键期。同时,区域经济对自然资源的严重依赖,造成山西省经济所有制结构和产业结构单一现象严重,山西省国家资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区的设立,为山西省资源型经济转型发展提供了千载难逢的历史机遇和前所未有的优惠政策,文章以保德县为例分析了其转型综改举措和效果,并提出了进一步改革措施。
