文章深入研究内蒙古通辽市水资源的开发与利用,受自然地理条件、社会经济情况及水利工程设施等诸多因素的制约。根据这些制约,既要反映各区的特点,又要探索共同的规律,因地制宜地制定指导水利建设方法。

With the vigorous development of economic construction, water resources have become one of the bottleneck factors severely restrict economic sustainable development. Development and utilization of this in-depth study of water resources in Inner Mongolia of Tongliao City, the exploitation and utilization of water resources, natural condition, social economic situation and the restriction of water conservancy facilities and many other factors. According to these constraints, not only reflect the district characteristics, and explore the common law suit one＇s measures to local conditions, formulate water conservancy construction method guidance.
