Risk Factors and the Solution of Chemical Process Safety Design

我国的化工工业近些年来实现了高速发展,在整个化工产业中,化工工艺设计是非常重要的一个方面,尤其是化工工艺的安全设计更是整个化工产业安全、快速发展的充分条件。文章针对化工工艺的安全设计进行了探讨,指出了化工工艺安全设计中存在的问题,并且提出了改进方案,尽可能地降低化工作业的风险系数。

In recent years, China＇s chemical industry achieves rapid development. In the entire chemical industry, chemical process design is an very important aspect. Especially, the chemical process safety design is the sufficient condition for safety and the rapid development of the chemical industry. The safety design of chemical process are discussed in this paper, and the problems of chemical process safety design are pointed out and improvement programs are proposed to reduce the risk factors of chemical operations as much as possible.
