摘要 目的探讨MTLC(c-Myc target from laryngeal cancer cells)在食管癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取食管癌标本25例作为研究组,切缘远端正常组织标本25例作为对照组,采用免疫组化方法检测组织中MTLC蛋白的表达情况。结果研究组中MTLC表达量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组中高分化组MTLC与中低分化组的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中KI-67、c-Myc、p53表达量分别与MTLC表达呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 MTLC可以作为食管癌的肿瘤标志物,MTLC低表达对食管癌的发生有促进作用,MTLC与KI-67、c-Myc、p53表达之间呈负相关关系。 ObjectiveTo investigate the role of MTLC in esophageal cancer.Methods25 cases of esophageal cancer in Shanxi Province Fenyang Hospital were selected 25 cases esophageal normal tissues were collected as control group. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the Expression of MTLC protein in 25 cases of esophageal cancer and 25 cases esophageal normal tissues.ResultsBy Immunohistochemical staining MTLC was mainly expressed in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The protein expression index of MTLC in esophageal cancer(4.80±2.06)was significantly lower than that of control qroup[(7.60±1.19),T=6.73,P=0.00]. The protein expression index(6.20±2.35) of MTLC in high differentiation group was significantly higher than that of moderate and low differentiation qroup[(3.87±1.19),T=2.90,P=0.013]. The protein expression index of KI-67、c-Myc、p53 were(4.62±3.35),(5.92±2.91), (6.60±3.24),respectively. The protein expression index of KI-67、c-Myc、p53 and that of MTLC in esophageal cancer are negative correlated(P〈0.05).ConclusionMTLC protein can be used as tumor markers in esophageal cancer,the lower expression of MTLC may promote the occurrence of esophageal cancer. The expression of MTLC and that of KI-67、c-Myc、p53 were negative correlated.
