摘要
目的观察Meek微型皮肤移植技术治疗大面积烧伤深度创面的疗效。方法选择住院治疗的32例大面积深度烧伤患者作为研究对象,将应用Meek植皮术的16例患者纳入研究组(A组),将应用微粒皮+异体皮移植术治疗的16例纳入对照组(B组)。烧伤创面切削痂后,分别应用Meek植皮技术及微粒皮+异体皮移植术,在植皮面积大致相同的情况下,对两种方法的操作时间、皮片成活率及创面愈合时间等指标进行比较分析。结果 Meek微型皮肤移植技术与微粒皮+异体皮移植术比较,前者明显节省手术时间,创面愈合快,皮片成活率高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后随访3个月-8个月,瘢痕增生程度差别明显(P〈0.05)。结论对于大面积深度烧伤,可采用Meek微型皮肤移植技术取代传统微粒皮+异体皮移植术,具有手术时间短,节省人力,需要皮源少及创面愈合快等优点。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical application of Meek skin grafting technique to large area deep burn. MethodsMeek skin grafting technique and micro particle skin grafting were respectively employed to treat 16 patients with TBSA≥50%.Operating time,amount of donor skin,graft survival,and wound healing time were evaluated and compared between the two techniques.ResultsCompared with micro particle skin grafting,Meek skin grafting technique significantly shortened the operating and wound healing time(P〈0.05),and remarkably reduced the amount of donor skin (P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the graft survival rate and scar formation during the 3-to-8-month follow-up.ConclusionCompared with micro particle skin grafting,Meek skin grafting technique uses less donor skin, shorter operating and wound healing time. It is an effective procedure for treating severely burned patients.
