参苓白术散联合IFL方案时辰化疗治疗晚期肠癌患者临床观察

Clinical observation of Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with IFL regimen in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy

目的观察中药参苓白术散联合IFL方案时辰化疗治疗晚期肠癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法将76例晚期肠癌患者随机分为2组,对照组方案：伊立替康180 mg/m^2,d1,输注1 h,LV 300 mg/m^2d1-5,输注2 h,5-Fu600 mg/m^2d1-5,输注6 h。治疗组方案：伊立替康180 mg/m^2,d1,04：00-06：00输注2 h,LV 300 mg/m^2,5-Fu600 mg/m^2,d2-5,晚22：00-次日10：00通过输液泵输注12 h,同时口服参苓白术散5 d,每日1剂水煎服。21 d为1个周期,至少用2周期。结果治疗组有效率为36.8%,对照组有效率为21.0%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,但二者无统计学差异;治疗组毒副反应以Ⅰ-Ⅱ度为主,对照组Ⅲ-Ⅳ毒副反应发生率明显高于治疗组,2组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论参苓白术散联合IFL方案时辰化疗治疗晚期肠癌能提高疗效,减轻化疗不良反应,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

ObjectiveTo study the efficacy and toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with IFL regimen in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy.Methods76 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group：irinotecan,180mg/m^2,d1,1 hour infusion,LV 300 mg/m^2 d1-5,2 hour infusion,5-Fu600 mg/m^2 d1-5,6 hour infusion. Treatment group：irinotecan, 180 mg/m^2,d1,morning 4 points to 6 points 2 hour infusion,LV 300 mg/m^2,5 Fu600 mg/m^2,d2-5,daily 22 PM to 10 in the morning when the infusion pump infusion for 12 hours,while oral Shenling Baizhu powder 5 days,daily 1 agent shuijianbi. 21d is a cycle,at least 2 cycle.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 36.8%,the control group was 21%,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,but no significant difference between the two treatment groups;adverse reaction by Ⅰ - Ⅱdegree,group Ⅲ-Ⅳadverse reaction rate was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,the two have statistically differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu powder combined with IFL regimen in treatment of advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy can improve efficacy,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients.
