鼻咽癌放疗后鼻内镜下鼻腔吸洗的配合与护理

Cooperate and care of nasal wash suction with nasal endoscopy in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy

目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗后鼻内镜下鼻腔吸洗的配合与护理方法。方法 2010年1月—2013年6月,我科对52例鼻咽癌放疗后有鼻塞、多脓涕、口鼻臭、头痛、听力下降等前来复查的患者,在鼻内镜下用生理盐水进行反复鼻腔吸洗。结果 52例患者经过反复吸洗鼻腔后,黏稠分泌物及脓痂被彻底清除,使鼻腔、鼻窦引流通畅,取得了满意的效果。结论鼻内镜检查是耳鼻咽喉科的一项重要诊疗技术,已被广泛地应用于临床。鼻内镜下鼻腔吸洗过程中,医护密切配合是顺利完成鼻腔吸洗的重要保障,可显著提高鼻咽癌放疗后患者的生活质量。

Objective Through nasal wash suction with nasal endoscopy, to reduce or eliminate the nasal sequelae and improve quality of life in patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy. Methods From January 2010 to June 2013, there were 52 cases of reviewing patients in nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy with stuffy nose, more purulent nasal discharge, foul mouth and nose, headache, hearing loss, and so on, used saline repeated nasal wash suction with nasal endoscopy in our department. Results The nasal cavity and nasopharynx of 52 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy had different levels of viscous secretions or pus scab covering the nasopharyngeal mucosa. After repeated washing suction nasal, viscous secretions and pus scab were completely cleared, and it improved nasal sequelae in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion Nasal endoscopy is an important technology in otorhinolaryngology, and has been widely used in clinical. Thereby it can increase the quality of life in patients with Nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.
