摘要
目的探讨多元化沟通技巧在儿科门诊的应用效果。方法采用多元化的沟通方式做好患儿及其家长的护理沟通工作,应用医院发放的满意度调查表评价患者的满意度,评判指标包括病房环境、仪表仪容、疾病相关知识、护理操作、健康教育,每项满分为10分,不满意为0分。结果观察组满意度为98.6%,对照组满意度为79.22%。结论多元化沟通技巧在儿科门诊实践中可显著提升患者满意度,值得应用推广。
Objective using multiple way to communicate to the nursing work of children and their parents. Methods and evaluation standards the use of hospital payment satisfaction questionnaire evaluation of patient satisfaction, evaluation indicators include the ward environment, grooming, disease related knowledge,nursing,health education, a total of five, each out of 10 points, 0 points is not satisfied. Results the observation group satisfaction was 98.6% ,the control group of satisfaction is 79.22% .Conclusion according to clinical comparative statistical data confirmed the significant role of diversified communication skills in clinical practice.
