个体差异视角下城市居家养老服务质量研究——以南昌市为例

The study on city home-based care services quality from a perspective of individual differences——A case of Nanchang

文章利用南昌市所辖的东湖区、西湖区、青山湖区、青云谱区、湾里区和红谷滩区共6个区60岁以上接受过居家养老服务的自理老人的调查数据。运用多元方差分析方法,从个体差异角度对南昌市城市居家养老服务质量影响因素进行分析。研究发现,性别、年龄、学历、职业、居住状况、收入水平、收入来源等方面存在的差异,影响城市居家养老服务质量评价的高低。

This paper based on the investigation data of the 60 years old self-care elderly who received home care services from 6 districts of East Lake District, Xihu District, Castle Peak Lakes, Qingyunpu District ,Wanli District and Honggutan District in Nan- chang. Using Multiple Variance Analysis, it analyses the influencing factors of the home-based care service quality in Nanehang, from an individual difference perspective. The study found that differences exist in terms of gender, age, education, occupation, living condition, income level, sources of income and other factors, influence on the evaluation of city home-based care services quality.
