火灾现场实验现状及其结论的运用

Current Experimental Situation of the Scent of Fire and the Application of Its Conclusion

分析了现行火灾现场实验制度存在的问题,论证了火灾现场实验结论的证据属性,提出了火灾现场实验适用的规则,认为在相关规则下进行的火灾现场实验,并据此形成的《火灾现场实验笔录》可以作为火灾调查的证据。

This paper analyzes the problem existing in experimental fire scene under relevant laws and regulations. The conclusion from fire scenes has been tested and suitable experimental fire site rules are put forward. So it appears that Fire Scene Record can be regarded as the evidence for fire investigation.
