165例产褥期精神障碍临床资料分析

A Clinical Analysis for 165 Patients With Puerperal Mental Disorder

目的 探讨产褥期精神障碍的临床表现与归类。方法 对 2 0年间就诊患者的临床资料 16 5例进行统计分析。结果 临床表现以植物神经系统障碍、情感障碍、行为紊乱多见 ,思维障碍和感知障碍少见。临床诊断以情感性精神障碍多见 ,其次为神经症、癔症等。患病年龄较集中 ,发病急骤 ,经治后复发性小。结论 产褥期精神障碍与经前期综合征、月经期精神障碍、妊娠期精神障碍为同类疾病性腺机能障碍所致。

Objective To probe into clinical manifestation and specify of puerperal mental disorder.Methods Clinical data of 165 patients going to see doctor since twenty years.Were statistics analyse.Results About clinical manifestation botanical nerve disorder,mood disorder and act disorder are more.Thought disorder and psycho-sensory disorder are less.About diagnose mood mental disorder is most.Neurosis and hysteria are next.Worry age is more concentrate.Coming on puerperal mental is acute.Relapse is less after treating.Conclusions Puerperal mental disorder.Menses ago sgnclrome menstruation mental disorder and gestational period mental disorder are same type disease.They are due to sex gland function disorder.
