摘要技术效率已成为衡量服务业发展质量的重要指标。研究中国服务业技术效率的发展规律,对实现服务业资源有效配置,促进服务业区域协调发展具有重要意义。文章首先梳理和总结了与中国服务业技术效率相关的效率测度理论基础,包括前期研究和经典文献。然后,在效率测度理论基础上,对中国服务业技术效率研究进行了梳理,从服务业技术效率的增长、增长的收敛性以及服务业技术效率的影响因素等方面进行了系统的总结,还对中国服务业技术效率的实证研究加以总结。文章指出当前研究的不足,一是研究内容较狭窄;二是研究问题的深度不够,多数仍停留在技术效率的现状、测算层面;三是研究方法比较单一。文章为后续研究提供借鉴并明确方向,有助于从多种途径寻求解决问题并拓展研究领域。 The technical efficiency has become an important indicator to measure the quality of service industry development.There is of great significance to research the development law of technical efficiency of Chinese service industry,achieve effective allocation of resources,to promote the regional coordinated development. The first task is to sort out and summarize related literature on technical efficiency of service. Research on the technical efficiency of Chinese service industry is established on the theory of efficiency evaluation and economic growth. Through analyzing the relevant theory and the empirical study on China,deficiencies can be found in the existing research,providing reference and direction for the follow-up study.
