渐开线广泛应用于机械行业,特别是在齿轮的齿廓上。渐开线齿廓的最大好处是:啮合平稳、传动连续性好、制造相对简单。目前市场已有的渐开线画线器结构复杂,操作不方便,本文研究的是一种可自由调节基圆半径和渐开量的渐开线画线器。

Involutes have been widely applied in machinery industry, especially in the tooth profile. The biggest benefits of the involute tooth profile are smooth mesh, good continuity of transmission and relatively simple manufacturing. At present, existing involute scribers have complicated structures and are not easy to operate.This article researches on a kind of involute scriber which is able to easily adjust base circle radius and involute quantity.
