摘要
目前,国内SCR尾气后处理系统发展较快,但SCR系统中添蓝喷射泵的研究依旧是空白.本文基于柱塞泵的基本原理,提出一种电磁力驱动的新型电磁泵,对设计方法、工作原理进行了简要理论分析,并利用电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell对电磁泵在不同气隙、不同驱动电压条件下进行电磁力仿真.同时,在理论分析的基础上进行一系列实验,实验结果表明:电磁泵整体性能良好,其一致性、稳定性、精度等性能均满足设计要求.
At present, the SCR exhaust treatment system is developing rapidly in China,but the research of Ad-Blue injection pump in the SCR system is still blank. Based on the basic principle of piston pump, this paper proposed a new type of electromagnetic force-driven piston pump, and conducted a brief theoretical analysis of the working principle and design method. By using finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell, the electro-magnetic force was simulated under the conditions of different air gaps and different driving voltages and on the basis of the theory, a large number of experiments were carried out. The research results show that the consisten-cy, stability, accuracy for overall fine performance of the electromagnetic pump can meet the requirements.
