摘要
利用高温固相反应法制备了新型锂电池负极材料CrTiTaO_6.通过X射线衍射技术和电化学性能测试对CrTiTaO_6的微观结构及其电化学性能进行了表征.研究结果表明,该新材料为四方金红石结构,空间群为P42/mnm;电化学性能测试表明,该材料具有良好的比容量和循环性能,在电压范围0~3.0 V内,以16 mA/g 的电流密度,其初始放电比容量达300 mAh/g,20次循环后容量始终保持在52 mAh/g.
CrTiTaO_6, as a new anode material for Li-ion battery, was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The microstructure and electrochemical performances of CrTiTaO_6 were investigated by X-ray diffraction and electrochemical tests. The result indicated that CrTiTaO_6 had a rutile structure and that its space group was P42/mnm. CrTiTaO_6 electrode had a good electrochemical reversibility between 0 V and 3.0 V. During the charge and discharge process, the initial discharging capacity can reach 300 mAh/g at a charge current density of 16 mA/g. The discharge capacity is always retained at 52 mAh/g after 20 cycles.
