铽激发CaSnO_3的绿色长余辉发光特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用高温固相法合成了Ca Sn O3:Tb3+绿色长余辉发光材料,通过使用X射线衍射仪、荧光光谱仪和微机热释光剂量仪的研究来表征Ca Sn O3体系发光材料,并对Ca Sn O3:Tb3+磷光体的物相、发光性能、余辉性能进行了系统的分析,在此基础上,对Ca Sn O3:Tb3+磷光体添加碱金属元素(Na+、K+)来改善其余辉性能.最后,给出了绿色长余辉材料可能的余辉发光机理. Green long lasting phosphors of CaSnO_3:Tb^3+ have been successfully synthesized by solid-state reac-tion. X-ray diffraction (XRD), photo luminescence spectroscope (PLS) and thermal luminescence spectroscope (TLS) are employed to characterize the phosphors. Furthermore, the properties of CaSnO3:Tb3+ phosphors, includ-ing crystal structure, luminescence properties and the afterglow properties, are also systematically discussed in this paper. To enhance luminescence properties, alkali ions(Na+、K+) has been added to CaSnO_3:Tb^3+. Moreover, the possible mechanism of the green long lasting phosphorescence is proposed based on the experiment results.
