罗哌卡因与舒芬太尼对创面愈合的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼对小鼠创面愈合的影响。方法健康sD小鼠128只,体质量20~25g,应用随机数字表法,将128只小鼠均分为4组(n=32):空白生理盐水组(NS组),罗哌卡因组(L组),舒芬太尼组(S组),罗哌卡因+舒芬太尼组(L+S组)。于制造创面前10min,L和L+S组皮下浸润0.5%罗哌卡因1.0mL/kg,S和L+S组腹腔注射舒芬太尼3.0μg/kg稀释到10mL。分别于第3、7、10天每组取8只小鼠,观察创面愈合率,ELISA法测定GM-CSF的表达情况,每组另8只小鼠观察完全愈合时间。结果L+S组愈合率3、7、10天分别为(39.394±1.164)%,(64.144±1.901)%,(83.543±1.120)%高于其他3组,愈合时间(10.250±0.463)d短于其他3组(P〈0.05),粒一巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)的含量高于NS组和S组(P〈0.05),但与L组相比无统计学意义。结论皮下浸润0.5%罗哌卡因和腹腔注射舒芬太尼均可促进创面愈合,联合用药效果优于单独使用。 Objective To study the effect that ropivacaine combined with sufentanil on wound healing in mice. Methods There are 128 health of SD mice, 20-25 G body weight, according to the random number table, 128 mice were divided into 4 groups (n=32): blank Group (NS group) and ropivacaine Group (L group), sufentanil Group (S group), ropivacaine with sufentanil Group (L+S group). Used in manufacture of 10 min,L+S group were subcutaneous injected 0.5% ropicacaine by 1.0 mL/kg, S and L+S groups were abdomainal injected sufentanil solution 1 mL, contains sufentanil 3 μg/kg. Choosing 8 mice in each group at 3, 7 and 10 days after the ops to check its wound healing rate and measure the expression of GM-CSF by the EL1SA method, the 8 left mice in each group were made to check its time of complete healing. Results The healing rate of L+S group that is (39.394±1.164)%, (64.144±1.901)%, (83.543±1.120)% in the 3 th, 7 th and 10 th day of a manufacture wound respectively is higher than the left three groups and the healing time (10.250±0.463)d is also shorter than them (P〈0.05), the expression of GM-CSF is higher than NS group and S group (P〈0.05), but shows no statistical differences with L group. Conclusion Subcutaneous infiltration of 0.5% ropivacaine and intraperitoneal injection of sufentanil may promote the wound healing, combination therapy is better than the alone.
