门诊注射输液室护理满意度的影响因素及对策

目的探讨门诊注射输液室护理满意度的影响因素及相应对策。方法选取在门诊注射室就诊的患者400例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组200例,对照组未实施护理干预,观察组实施护理干预,比较2组的护理满意度。结果观察组的等候时间、护士服务态度、护士技术业务水平、诊室环境、输液巡视情况、健康讲解情况等护理满意度项目评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施相应的护理干预对策,可明显提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the influencing factors and the corresponding countermeasures of the outpatient transfusion room injection nursing satisfaction. Methods 400 cases of patients were selected in clinic injection room,and divided into the observation group and the control group by random indicator method, 200 cases in each group,the control group was not given implement the nursing intervention,the observation group was given implement the nursing intervention, to compare two groups of nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group of nursing satisfaction score in the waiting time of nurse, nurse service attitude, technology level of business, office environment, infusion patrol, health to explain in detail of the project were significantly higher than the control group, the differences had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of the corresponding nursing intervention measures can obviously improve nursing satisfaction, it is worth of popularizing probe.
